Resident opens museum display - Congratulations Jim!

Congratulations to our resident Jim Drane who had the honour of officially opening a museum display at the QANTAS Founders Museum in Longreach. You will find there are several significant items on display within the Museum which have kindly been donated by Jim. He worked for Qantas from 1949 to 1981 and was a flight engineer on the Super Constellations, the Boeing 707s and the Boeing 747s.
